1. Notice:1 § 1:66. Attorney fee considerations—Types of fee arrangements, 1 Tex. Prac. Guide Creditors Rts. § 1:66 (“In 2024, the Texas Center for Legal Ethics issued Texas Ethics Opinion 701 opining that legal subscription agreements, under which a subscriber typically pays a flat monthly fee for access to legal services, were legal in Texas.” To the extent that the Supreme Court of Texas later concludes such arrangements are not permissible, both parties agree to work in good faith to restructure this agreement to be in compliance therewith).
